How does purchasing a property from your site work?

The process starts with you selecting a property from our list and reserving it by completing the checkout form and making the specified deposit. We’ll then send you a land purchase agreement. After you sign and return the land purchase agreement, the closing process starts either in-house or with a title company. Once the process is complete, the land is yours.

Whay are your properties so cheap?

We were able to purchase land at a discount, and we are passing along the savings to you. In this way, we can achieve our goal of helping people buy land to improve their wellbeing. Whether the land is for recreational purposes, to build a home, for a future investment, or any other reason, we want to help you discover your place.

Are you a real estate agent?

No. We are investors wanting to help people like you buy vacant land to help you discover a new place, build your dream home or set up a diversified investment for the future.

No, each and every fee is explicitly detailed in the land purchase agreement.
